| 目的：研究球囊子宫支架预防宫腔粘连术后再粘连的疗效及对子宫出血的影响。方法：选取2013 年10 月到2014 年10 月
我院收治的宫腔粘连患者70 例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组，每组35 例，对照组给予宫腔镜电切术、宫内节
育器放置术以及人工周期治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上给予球囊子宫支架放置术，比较两组临床疗效、宫腔再粘连、术后出血
量、月经恢复以及并发症。结果：研究组总有效率91.4％,显著高于对照组的77.1％（P＜0.05）；术后1个月和2 个月研究组总粘连
率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组术后总出血量显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，月经恢
复率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：球囊子宫支架应用于宫腔粘连术具有较好的临床疗效，能显著降低宫腔再粘连，减少子宫
出血量及并发症。 |

| Objective:To study the efficacy of uterine balloon bracket in the prevention of re-adhesion after intrauterine adhesion
operation and its influence on endometrorrhagia.Methods:70 patients with intrauterine adhesion, who were treated in our hospital from
October 2013 to October 2014, were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 35
patients in each group, the control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery, intrauterine device placement and artificial cycle therapy,
while the study group was added uterine balloon bracket on the basis of control group therapy, then compared the clinical efficacy, total
adhesion rate, postoperative endometrorrhagia, and total incidence of complications and menstrual recovery rate in two groups after operation.Results:Total efficiency of the study group was 91.4%(32/35), which was significantly higher than 77.1%(27/35) in the control
group (P＜0.05); Total adhesion rate in study group 1 month and 2 months after operation were significantly higher than control group
(P<0.05); Total amount of postoperative endometrorrhagia in study group was significantly less than control group(P<0.05); And total incidence
of complications in study group was significantly lower than control group, and menstrual recovery rate in study group was significantly
higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine balloon bracket has a remarkable clinical efficacy in intrauterine adhesion
operation, which is able to significantly reduce the intrauterine re-adhesion, cut down the amount of postoperative endometrorrhagia
and complications. |
