| 目的：对比锁定加压钢板与动力加压钢板治疗肱骨中下段骨折患者的临床疗效。方法：抽取我院2010 年8 月～2013 年12
月收治的肱骨中下段骨折患者76 例，按照随机数字表法分为锁定组(锁定加压钢板治疗)与动力组(动力加压钢板治疗)，每组38
例，随访1 年。对比两组患者临床指标，治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果：锁定组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均小于
动力组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05)；锁定组患者优良率为89.47%，显著高于动力组的71.05%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；
锁定组的并发症发生率为10.53%，显著低于动力组的31.58%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：锁定加压钢板应用于治疗肱骨
中下段骨折患者疗效优于动力加压钢板治疗，它具有创伤小、恢复快的优点，且并发症发生率较低，值得推广。 |

| Objective:To compare the clinical effect of locking compression plate and dynamic compression plate in the treatment
of patients with middle-inferior femoral fractures.Methods:A total of 76 patients with middle-inferior femoral fractures, who were treated
in Chongzhou People's Hospital of Sichuan Province from August 2010 to December 2013, were selected and randomly divided into
locking group(treated with locking compression plate)(n=38) and dynamic group(treated with dynamic compression plate) (n=38). The
patients of the two groups were followed up for one year. The clinical indexes, effect and incidence of complication in the two groups
were compared.Results:The operation time, hospitalization time and healing time of fracture in the locking group were shorter than those
in the dynamic group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate(89.47%) in the locking group was
significantly higher than that(71.05%) in the dynamic group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complication(
10.53%) in the locking group was significantly lower than that(31.58%) in the dynamic group, the difference was statistically significant
(P<0.05).Conclusion:Locking compression plate has a better clinical effect than dynamic compression plate in the treatment of
patients with middle-inferior femoral fractures, with the advantages of fewer traumas, faster recovery, and lower incidence of complications,
which is worthy of clinical application. |
