| 目的：研究妊娠高血压患者血清瘦素、胱抑素C（CysC）以及人绒毛膜促性腺激素（beta-HCG）水平检测的临床意义。方法：选取
2014 年4 月到2015 年4月我院收治的妊娠高血压患者90 例（妊娠高血压组），另选同期正常妊娠者90 例（正常妊娠组），健康体
检非妊娠妇女90 例（对照组），测量三组血清瘦素、CysC 以及beta-HCG水平，并分析各指标的相关性。结果：妊娠高血压组和正常妊
娠组血清瘦素、CysC 以及beta-HCG水平均显著高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），妊娠高血压组血清瘦素、CysC 以
及beta-HCG 水平均显著高于正常妊娠组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；妊娠高血压越严重血清瘦素、CysC 以及beta-HCG 水
平越高；妊娠高血压患者血清瘦素与CysC 和beta-HCG 均呈正相关关系（P＜0.05），CysC 与beta-HCG也呈正相关关系（P＜0.05）。结
论：检测血清中瘦素、CysC 和beta-HCG 水平有利于妊娠高血压的诊断，体检时发现上述物质异常升高要高度重视。 |

| Objective:To study the clinical significance of detection of leptin, Cystatin C(Cys C) and human chorionic gonadotropin
(beta-HCG) levels in the serum of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:A total of 90 patients with pregnancy-induced
hypertension, who were admitted to Shiyan Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital of Hubei Province from April 2014 to April 2015,
were chosen as pregnancy-induced hypertension group, 90 women with normal pregnancy in the same period, normal pregnancy group,
90 healthy non-pregnant women, control group. Leptin, CysC and beta-HCG levels of the three groups were detected, and the correlation
among the indexes were analyzed.Results:Leptin, CysC and 茁-HCG levels in the pregnancy-induced hypertension group and normal
pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); leptin,
CysC and beta-HCG levels in the pregnancy-induced hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the normal pregnancy, the
differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The more serious pregnancy-induced hypertension was, the higher the levels of serum
leptin, CysC and beta-HCG were; Leptin and Cys C, beta-HCG of pregnancy-induced hypertension patients had a positive correlation (P<0.05);
Cys C and beta-HCG also showed a positive correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Detecting serum leptin, CysC and beta-HCG levels is in favour
of the diagnosis of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. |
