| 目的：研究巢蛋白（Nestin）和SOX2 在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法：选取2010 年1 月-2013 年1 月我院收
治的恶性黑色素瘤21 例患者（研究组），另选黑色素痣患者21 例（对照组），应用免疫组织化学法检测Nestin 和SOX2，并比较两
组Nestin 和SOX2表达，分析其与患者生存期和转移的关系。结果：研究组Nestin 和SOX2 阳性表达率显著高于对照组，两组比
较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；Nestin、SOX2 阳性的恶性黑色素瘤患者生存期显著低于Nestin、SOX2 阴性恶性黑色素瘤患
者，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），Nestin、SOX2 阳性的恶性黑色素瘤患者与Nestin、SOX2 阴性的恶性黑色素瘤患者转
移率比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：Nestin 和SOX2 表达阳性与恶性黑色素有关，且与恶性黑色素瘤的生存期有关 |

| Objective:To study the expression of nestin (Nestin) and SOX2 in cutaneous malignant melanoma and their clinical
significance.Methods:A total of 21 cases of melanoma, admitted to Shiyan Taihe Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2010 to
January 2013, were chosen as study group; 21 cases of melanocytic nevi, as control group, Nestin and SOX2 were detected by
immunohistochemical method, and the expression of Nestin and SOX2 in the two groups were compared, and the relationship between
survival and transfer of patients and Nestin and SOX2 was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of Nestin and SOX2 in the
study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The lifetime of
Nestin and SOX2-positive patients with malignant melanoma was significantly lower than that of the Nestin and SOX2-negative,the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the transfer rate between the Nestin and
SOX2-positive patients with malignant melanoma and the Nestin and SOX2-negative (P>0.05).Conclusion:The positive expressions of
Nestin and SOX2 were associated with malignant melanoma and the survival of malignant melanoma. |
