目的：观察免疫细胞治疗联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效，及该疗法对血清趋化因子配体18（CCL-18）的影响。方法：收集 2013 年1 月-2014 年6 月我院收治的Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者180 例，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组，各90例，对照组采用单纯化疗，治疗组在化疗基础上联合免疫细胞治疗，观察两组患者的治疗疗效，用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）检测两组治疗前后血清CCL-18 水平。结果：治疗组总有效率（ORR）为65.56%，显著高于对照组的41.11%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.001）；与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后血清CCL-18 均降低，且治疗组下降更明显（P=0.000）。结论：免疫细胞治疗联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效确切显著，能显著降低患者血清CCL-18 的水平，值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of immune-cell therapy combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma and to explore its impact on the levels of CLL-18 in serum.Methods:180 patients with stage Ⅳ ovarian carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 90 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine chemotherapy, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with immune-cell therapy on the basis of control group. Then the clinical effects and the changes of CCL-18 levels of two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:The overall response rate (ORR) in treatment group was 65.56%, which was significantly higher than 41.11% in control group (P=0.001). CCL-18 levels in two groups after treatment decreased than before treatment,and treatment group decreased more than control group (P=0.000).Conclusion:Immune-cell therapy combined with chemotherapy has exact effect and can significantly cut down the serum CCL-18 levels in treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma, which is worthy of applied in clinical field.
