| 目的：探讨血必净注射液对重型颅脑损伤患者的神经保护作用及其机制。方法：将2012 年1 月至2014 年12月我院收治的
200例重型颅脑损伤患者分为研究组（100 例）和对照组（100 例），另选取100 例同期在我院体检的健康者为正常组。对照组给予
常规治疗，研究组在对照组基础上静脉滴注血必净注射液，治疗后第1 天、第3 天、第5 天、第7 天时观察各组TNF-alpha及IL-6 水
平变化。结果：对照组、研究组各时间点TNF-alpha及IL-6 水平均高于正常组（均P<0.05），且研究组的TNF-alpha及IL-6 水平均低于对
照组（均P<0.05）。结论：血必净注射液对重型颅脑损伤患者的神经具有保护作用，其作用机制可能跟降低炎症反应有关。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Xuebijing injection on neuroprotection in patients with severe
traumatic brain injury.Methods:A total of 200 patients with severe traumatic brain injury, who were treated in General Hospital of
Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group from January 2012 to December 2014, were divided into study group(n=100) and control group(n=100).
Another 100 healthy people undergoing physical examinations in the same period were chosen as normal group. The control group was
treated with conventional therapy, while the study group was added Xuebijing injection on the basis of control group's therapy. The levels
of TNF-alpha and IL-6 of the three groups 1 day, 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after treatment were observed.Results:The levels of TNF-alpha and
IL-6 of control group and study group at each time point were higher than those of normal group (P<0.05), and the levels of TNF-alpha and
IL-6 of the study group at each time point were lower than those of the control group ((P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection has a
protective effect on the nerves of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Its mechanismmay be related to reduce inflammation. |
