| 青藤碱是从传统中药青风藤中分离得到的异喹啉类生物碱，具有抗炎、镇痛、免疫抑制等活性，临床主要用于治疗类风湿性
关节炎。青藤碱存在半衰期短，用药剂量大，有胃肠道等副作用，因而限制了其广泛应用。本文对青藤碱类衍生物的构效关系进行
综述，为青藤碱的进一步研究和应用提供科学的依据，有助于推动青藤碱的深入研究。 |

| Sinomenine, an isoquinoline alkaloid isolated from the Chinese medicinal plant Sinomenium acutum, shows potent
anti-inflammation、analgesic and immunosuppression activities. It has been used for treating rheumatoid arthritis desease for thousands of
years. However, the application in clinical was limited due to its short half-life time, high dosage and gastrointestinal side effect. This
eview highlights novel types of sinomenine derivatives and their structure-activities relationships to promote the research of sinomenine. |
