| 目的：探讨头孢硫脒联合阿维A 胶囊对老年银屑病患者血液流变学及甲襞微循环的影响。方法：选取在我院确诊为银屑病的
患者158 例，随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用口服阿维A胶囊治疗，研究组在此基础上加用静脉滴注头孢硫脒，观察并比
较两组患者治疗前后血液流变性变化及甲襞微循环情况。结果：与治疗前比较，两组患者的血液流变学指标如η b、η p、EAI、Tk
值、Hct、血沉方程K 值以及ESR 水平均显著降低(P＜0.05)；微血管形态学指标如管袢清晰，畸形管袢减少，袢顶狭窄较少，输入枝
血管直径增宽，输出枝血管直径变窄，管袢延长(P＜0.05)；血液流态指标如血流速度加快，粒流以及粒缓流状态减少，微小血栓量
减少，管袢周围视野较清晰(P＜0.05)；加权积分降低(P＜0.05)。与对照组比较，研究组治疗后血液流变学指标、微血管形态学指标、
血管流态指标、加权积分均显著改善(P＜0.05)。结论：头孢硫脒联合阿维A 胶囊较单用阿维A 胶囊可更明显改善老年银屑病患
者的血液流变性变化及甲襞微循环。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect on the changes of Hemorheology and Nailfold Microcirculation by Antibiotics
combined with Acitretin Capsules in elderly patients with psoriasis.Methods:158 patients with psoriasis from our hospital were selected
and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group. The 76 cases in control group were treated with the oral Acitretin
Capsules, while the 82 cases in experiment group were treated with the intravenous infusion of cefathiamidine on the basis of the control
group. Then the changes of hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation were detected and compared.Results:Compared with before
treatment, the indexes of η b, η p, EAI, Tk, Hct, K and ERK of two groups decreased (P< 0.05), the tube defects reduced, top stenosis
decreased, input branch vessel diameter widened and output branch vascular diameter decreased (P<0.05), the morphology of the micro
vessel was lower, the flow pattern of blood flow index was lower (P<0.05), and the weighted score was lower (P < 0.05). Compared with
the control group, the blood rheology, micro vascular morphology, blood flow index and weighted score in the study group significantly
improved after the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Antibiotics combined with acitretin capsule has good therapeutic effect on the
changes of hemorheology and nailfold microcirculation for elderly patients with psoriasis. |
