| 目的：研究臭氧痛点阻滞联合玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及对肩关节活动度的影响。方法：选取2014 年1 月到2015 年
1 月我院收治的肩周炎患者110例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为I组和II组，每组55 例。I组给予臭氧痛点阻滞治疗，II组给予
臭氧痛点阻滞联合玻璃酸钠治疗。应用视觉模拟量表（VAS）评价疼痛情况，应用量角器测量患者肩关节活动度，并比较两组临床
疗效和不良反应。结果：I组总有效率83.6%显著低于II组的94.5%，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后VAS 评分、
外展、内旋以及外旋活动度均显著优于治疗前，且II 组显著优于I组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率
比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：臭氧痛点阻滞联合玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎具有较好的临床疗效，能显著改善患者肩关节活动
度。 |

| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of ozone pain points block combined with sodiumhyaluronate in the treatment
of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis and its influence on should activity.Methods:A total of 110 patients with scapulohumeral
periarthritis, who were treated in Baoding First Central Hospital fromJanuary 2014 to January 2015, were selected and randomly divided
into group I (n=55) and group II (n=55). Group I was treated with ozone pain points block,while group II, with ozone pain points block
combined with sodium hyaluronate. The shoulder pain was evaluated with visual analogue scale (VAS), and the shoulder activity was
measured with protractor in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were
compared.Results:Total efficiency of group I (83.6%) was significantly lower than that (94.5%) of group II, the difference was
statistically significant (P<0.05). VAS score, outreach, internal rotation, and external rotation degree of two groups after treatment were
significantly better than before treatment, and group II were significantly better than group I, the differences were statistically significant
(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Ozone
pain points block combined with sodium hyaluronate has a good clinical efficacy, and can significantly improve the shoulder activity in
the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. |
