| 病毒感染引发的疾病一直威胁着人类健康。MiRNA 是真核生物表达的一类重要的小分子RNA，可特异性的调节基因与蛋
白的表达。miRNA 的研究为病毒性疾病的发生发展提供了新思路，为目前热点研究领域。随着miRNA的研究深入，一些病毒感
染中相关miRNA的功能也被相继报道，如有些miRNA具有抑制病毒感染宿主细胞的功能，有些miRNA则可促进病毒在宿主细
胞中的复制，有些miRNA 却参与病毒相关疾病的发生，还有些miRNA则可作为病毒感染性疾病的特异性生物标志物。本文主要
以两种常见肝炎病毒：HBV、HCV为例来系统阐述miRNA在病毒感染中的相关功能。 |

| The diseases caused by viruses have been threatening human health. MiRNAs are a kind of important small RNAs
expressed in eukaryotes, which can modulate gene expressions and protein translations specifically. As the current hot spot of research,
miRNAs provide a new way to explore viral diseases. With the development of miRNA research, lots of miRNAs related to virus
infections have also been reported in succession, such as some miRNAs can inhibit the virus invasion of host cells, some miRNAs can
promote the virus replication in host cells, some miRNAs are involved in virus-related diseases, and even some miRNAs was served as
specific biomarkers of virus infectious diseases. In this paper, we systematically review the functions of miRNAs in common hepatitis
virus B and C infectious diseases, respectively. |
