| 目的：研究早发冠脉三支病变患者血清氧化低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）、载脂蛋白A1（ApoA1）及ApoB/A1
水平变化及临床意义。方法：选取2014 年3 月2015 年3 月我院收治的以心绞痛症状就诊患者185 例，根据冠脉造影将患者分为
研究组（早发冠脉三支病变103 例）和对照组（冠脉正常82 例），比较两组ox-LDL、ApoB、ApoA1 及ApoB/A1 水平，分析其与早发
冠脉三支病变的关系。结果：研究组ox-LDL、ApoB 及ApoB/A1 水平显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），
两组ApoA1 水平比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；Logistic 回归分析显示：ox-LDL是早发冠脉三支病变的独立危险因素。结论：血清
ox-LDL、ApoB及ApoB/A1 水平与早发冠脉三支病变密切相关，ox-LDL是独立危险因素。 |

| Objective:To study the changes and clinical significance of serum oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox-LDL),
apolipoproteinB (ApoB) and ApoB/A1 in patients with early three coronary lesions.Methods:A total of 185 patients with angina, who
were admitted to Qionghai People's Hospital from March 2014 to March 2015, were selected and divided into study group (n=103, with
early three coronary lesions) and control group(n=82, with normal coronary) according to the coronary angiography results. The Ox-LDL,
ApoB, ApoA1 and ApoB/A1 levels of two groups were compared, and their relationship with early three coronary lesions were analyzed.Results:The Ox-LDL, ApoB and ApoB/A1 levels of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05), but there
was no significant difference in the ApoA1 level between the two groups (P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that Ox-LDL was
the independent risk factor of early three coronary lesions.Conclusion:The levels of serum ox-LDL, ApoB and ApoB/A1 are closely
related with early three coronary lesions, furthermore, Ox-LDL is an independent risk factor. |
