| 目的：探讨年轻乳腺癌患者的临床病理特点及影响其预后的相关因素。方法：选取潍坊市人民医院2005 年11 月至2011 年
11 月收治的年龄不高于35 岁的137 例年轻乳腺癌患者的临床资料，其中共有116 例入组，初步分析年轻乳腺癌患者的临床病理
特征及对预后产生的影响。结果：116 例患者中位随访时间为46.0 个月。3 年OS 和PFS 为94.6%和79.1%。单因素、多因素分析
结果显示淋巴结转移情况和Ki67 水平与预后的显著相关（P＜0.05），淋巴结转数目、Ki67 水平与预后呈负相关。结论：年轻乳腺
癌患者的生物学行为、病理及预后较为特殊。淋巴结转移情况、Ki67 水平是影响预后的关键因素。 |

| Objective:To analyze the clinical and pathological features and prognosis of breast cancer in women under 35 years
old.Methods:The clinicopathological data from 137 patients with breast cancer treated in Weifang People's hospital between November
2005 and November 2011 were retrospectively reviewed and 116 cases were enrolled into the group. The clinical and pathological
features and prognostic factors were analyzed by statistical software.Results:The overall Median follow-up time was 46.0 months. The
3-year progression-free survival rate was 94.6 % and the 3-year overall survival rate was 79.1%. Univariate and multivariate analysis
showed that axillary lymph node status, high expression of Ki67 were related factors influencing the prognosis for breast cancer in
women age under 35 years old.Conclusion:Breast cancer in young women has unique characteristics in biological behaviors, diagnosis,
prognosis, and other factors. Lymph node metastasis and Ki67 level are the key factors influencing the prognosis of breast cancer in
young women. |
