| 目的：探讨患者初始沙盘在临床心理中的诊断鉴别作用。方法：选择4 名在临床中被误诊的患者。其中A 例患者诊断一般
心理问题；B、C、D 例患者诊断为精神分裂症；使用沙盘对该4 例患者重新进行临床分析与诊断。结果：根据患者初始沙盘中是否
给玩具赋予特殊意义、使用玩具的多少、玩具之间是否有联系、使用栅栏情况、沙盘主题以及患者对沙盘的解释等对4 名被误诊
的患者进行重新诊断；A 例患者重新诊断应为精神分裂症；B 例患者应为强迫症（强迫思维）；C 例患者应为边缘型人格障碍；D 例
患者应为人际关系障碍。结论：在临床心理工作中，患者的初始沙盘可以起到高效、准确的诊断鉴别作用。 |

| Objective:To discuss effects of initial sandplay in clinical psychological diagnosis.Methods:Four misdiagnosis
patients were selected as samples. A patient was diagnosed general psychological problem, the others were diagnosed schizophrenic. We
rediagnosed patients Based on their initial sand play.Results:According to whether patients assign toys special meaning, toys quantity,
toys' connection, palisade using, sandplay theme and explanation of toys. A patients should be diagnosed schizophrenic. B patients should
be diagnosed obsessive -compulsive; C patients should be diagnosed borderline personality; D patients should be diagnosed interpersonal
communication disorder;Conclusion:In clinical psychological, initial sandplay has high-performance and precise effect. |
