| 目的：探讨口服肠内营养制剂对老年吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）术后患者营养状况及排便的影响。方法：选择2013
年1 月-2015 年1 月在我院行PPH 治疗的老年患者120 例，依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=60）和观察组（n=60），术后
对照组通过静脉补液的方式给予常规肠外营养，观察组口服肠内营养剂安素，两组营养支持均维持3-5 天。比较两组患者术前和
术后3d血白蛋白（ALB）、前白蛋白（PA）、淋巴细胞计数（LYC）、血红蛋白（Hb）的差异，记录两组患者术后首次排便时间和3d 内
的排便次数。结果：术后第3d，观察组PA和LYC 显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组术后排便次数和首次排便时
间差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：口服肠内营养制剂作为老年PPH 术后患者的营养支持方式，能满足老年患者的营养需
求，改善免疫功能，并且不刺激排便，值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective:To explore the influence of oral enteral nutrition preparation on nutrition status and defecation in elderly patients
after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients, who underwent PPH in Beijing Shijitan
Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2013 to January 2015, were randomly divided into control group
(n=60) and observation group (n=60). After the surgery, the control group was given conventional parenteral nutrition through intravenous
fluid infusion, while the observation group was given oral enteral nutrition preparation, the nutritional support of two groups lasted 3-5
days. The plasma albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PA), lymphocytes(LYC) and hemoglobin(Hb) levels in the two groups before and 3 d after
surgery were compared.The first defecation time after surgery and the defecation frequency within 3 d after surgery of the two groups
were recorded.Results:PA and LYC levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 3 d after
surgery, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). But there were no significant differences in first defecation time after surgery
and the defecation frequency within 3 d after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Choosing oral enteral nutrition preparation
as the nutritional support method for elderly patients after PPH can meet the nutritional needs of elderly patients and improve immune
function of the patients, which is worthy of clinical application. |
