| 目的：研究心血管外科冠心病患者术前的睡眠质量、焦虑情况及其影响因素。方法：采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、医
院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)和自制的影响睡眠质量因素调查表对入选的100 例患者进行问卷调查，对问卷结果进行统计学分析。结
果：①住院患者术前10 天PSQI总分为9.42± 4.90，术前1 天PSQI总分为12.39± 3.93。②患者术前1天焦虑分数明显升高，且焦
虑越重，睡眠质量越差。③影响患者术前睡眠质量的影响因素主要有对手术的焦虑感、术前准备操作、医护人员行为、身体不适
感、环境噪音等。结论：心脏外科住院患者术前睡眠质量较差，与焦虑心理显著相关，并受到多种因素的影响，应加强对这些因素
的控制，提高其睡眠质量，促进手术的顺利进行。 |

| Objective:To analyze the quality of pre-operation sleep and anxiety condition in patients with coronary artery disease
and investigate its influencing factors.Methods:One hundred cases of cardiac surgical inpatients were investigated by using Pittsburgh
Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and self-made scale. The data were analyzed by t-test
and X2 test.Results:① The average total PSQI sore was 9.42± 4.90 on 10 days pre-operation and 12.39± 3.93 1 day pre-operation. ②
The HADS score was significantly higher on 1 day pre-operation. The higher score was, the worse the sleep quality was. ③ The
influencing factors of sleep quality of patients before operation were anxiety, preoperative, preparation, medical staff behavior, physical
discomfort, environmental noise and so on.Conclusion:The pre-operation cardiac surgical inpatients had bad sleep quality and had a
positive correlation with anxiety level. It was influenced by many factors that we should make them under control and improve the
surgery process and prognosis. |
