      目的:探讨左氧氟沙星联合利福平对肺结核患者血清降钙素原、IL-15 及INF-酌水平的影响。方法:选择我院收治的肺结核患 者72 例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各36 例,所有患者均给予利福平以及肝泰乐口服治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予左 氧氟沙星治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血清TCP,IL-15及INF-r水平的变化情况以及临床效果。结果:与治疗前相比,两组 患者治疗后TCP,IL-15 及INF-r水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗后TCP,IL-15 及 INF-r水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗总有效率(97.22%)高于对照组(86.11%),差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合利福平能够降低肺结核患者TCP、IL-15、INF-r水平,提高临床疗效,对临床有指导意义。

      Objective:To investigate the effects of levofloxacin and rifampicin on the changes of calcitonin, IL-15 and INF-r in serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and calcitonin.Methods:72 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided to the control group and the experiment group, with 36 cases in each. All patients were given rifampin and Glucurolactone oral, and the patients in the experiment group were treated with levofloxacin. Then the changes of TCP, IL-15 and INF-r in the serum of patients and the therapeutic effect in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment, the levels of TCP, IL-15 and INF- r in the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the levels of TCP, IL-15 and INF- r in the experiment group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The total clinical efficacy of the experiment group was 97.22%, which was higher than 86.11%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin and rifampicin can reduce the serum levels of TCP, IL-15 and INF-r of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and improve the clinical efficacy, which could provide references for clinical treatment.
