      目的:探究不同浓度七氟烷联合丙泊酚对小儿麻醉后肌钙蛋白I、C 反应蛋白以及补体水平影响。方法:收集我院60 例ASA Ⅰ级拟行全麻手术患儿,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组20 例。A组给予2%浓度的七氟烷联合丙泊酚麻醉;B 组2.5%浓度的七氟烷 联合丙泊酚麻醉;C 组3%浓度的七氟烷联合丙泊酚麻醉。检测三组患儿苏醒时间、术后情况,肌钙蛋白I(cTn I)、C反应蛋白 (CRP)及补体C3、C4 水平。结果:A 组、B 组自主呼吸时间、气管导管拔管时间、解除监护时间较C 组相比时间明显较短(P<0.05); 但A 组与B 组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);与A 组比,B 组与C 组术后肌钙蛋白I、CRP水平较低,C3、C4水平较高(P<0.05),但 B 组与C 组血清指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:2.5%浓度的七氟烷联合丙泊酚是诱导小儿全身麻醉中的最佳浓度。

      Objective:To investigate the effect of the troponin I, C reactive protein and complement changes by different concentration seven isoflurane combined with propofol after anesthesia in children.Methods:60 children with ASA grade I underwent general anesthesia surgery from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the group A, group B and group C with 20 cases in each group.The group A received 2% concentration of seven isoflurane combined with propofol anesthesia. The group B received 2.5% concentration of seven isoflurane combined with propofol anesthesia. The group C received 3% concentration of seven isoflurane combined with propofol anesthesia.The recovery time, postoperative conditions, the expression levels of cardiacI (cTnI), C reactive protein (CRP) and complement C3, C4 level were compared.Results:Compared with group C, the breathing time, tracheal extubation time and release time were shorter in group B and group A(P<0.05), the results of group A and B were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Compared with group A,the Troponin I and CRP levels were lower and the C3, C4 levels were higher in the group B and group C(P<0.05). The difference of serumindex in group B and C was not statistical of serum index(P>0.05)Conclusion:Seven concentration of 2.5%sevoflurane combined with propofol is the best concentration in the induction of general anesthesia in children.
