| 目的：探讨覆膜血管支架对DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层患者的近、中期疗效及安全性。方法：选取我院收治的DebakeyⅢ型主
动脉夹层患者46 例，根据治疗方法的不同平均分为两组，对照组予以保守治疗，实验组予以覆膜血管支架置入进行治疗。手术
后，观察并比较两组患者的术后一般情况、血液学指标、并发症的发生情况以及中期随访的情况。结果：术后，实验组患者的血常
规，肝肾功能未见明显改变(P＞0.05)。与治疗前相比，血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮、白细胞计数、血小板计数以及中
性粒细胞百分含量水平升高显著(P＜0.05)；血清红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞比积水平降低显著(P＜0.05)。实验组的并发症
发生率为13.04%显著低于对照组并发症发生率47.83%(P＜0.05)，实验组中期总有效率为95.65%显著高于对照组中期总有效率
为65.22%，(P＜0.05)，差异均有统计学意义。结果：覆膜血管支架治疗DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层患者的近、中期疗效显著，安全性
较高。 |

| Objective:To investigate the near and middle termeffect of coated stent on patients with DebakeyⅢ dissection of aorta.Methods:46 patients with Debakey Ⅲ dissection of aorta were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by
different treatment. The control group was treated by thoracic surgery. The experimental group was treated by stent implantation. The
general situation, blood index, complications and the follow-up of the mid-term were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,
the blood routine results and liver function had no obvious change in the experimental group(P＜0.05). Compared with before treatment,
the serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, Creatinine, urea nitrogen, white blood cell count, platelet
count, percentage of neutrophil were all increased than those before treatment (P＜0.05), while the red blood cell count, hemoglobin,
hematocrit were all significantly decreased (P＜0.05). The incidence rate of complications of experimental group was significantly lower
than that of the control group (P＜0.05), the mid-termeffective rate was higher (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Coated stent had obvious effect
and high safety on Debakey type III aortic dissection with Stent. |
