      目的:探讨老年高血压患者血浆核因子(NF-κB)介导长五聚-3(PTX3)的表达情况及意义。方法:选取2015 年10 月到2016年 6 月收治年龄60-80 岁初次诊断原发性高血压1 级或2 级并符合入选标准的患者,67 例高血压患者按诊断级别进行分组(Grade I 组、Grade II组),选取同期门诊非高血压病老年体检患者20例作为对照组(NHP 组),各组患者分别检测外周血NF-κB 和PTX3 水 平,外周血单核细胞加入NF-κB 抑制剂吡咯烷二硫氨基甲酸(pyrrolidinedithiocarbamic acid, PDTC)后再次检测NF-κB 和PTX3 水 平,组内及组间比较,进行统计学分析。结果:不同级别高血压组患者血浆NF-资B 和PTX3 水平均有所升高,较对照组差异有统计 学意义(P<0.05)。不同级别高血压组之间PTX3 水平有显著差异。加入NF-κB 抑制剂后,两组高血压患者PTX3 水平均降低,与对 照组相比无统计学意义。同组比较,加抑制剂前后差别有统计学意义。结论:核因子-κB 介导的PTX3 表达升高可能参与了高血压 的发生发展。

      Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of NF-κB and PTX3 levels in Peripheral blood of elderly hypertension patients.Methods:67 hypertensive patients and 20 healthy elderly people were divided into three groups: Hypertension Grade I group, Hypertension Grade II group and control group. Make the record of patients' general conditions. Isolate the Peripheral blood mononuclear cell and the levels of NF-κB and PTX3 in each group was estimated before and after the pyrrolidinedithiocarbamic acid (PDTC) were added. The levels of NF-κB and PTX3 were both tested using ELISA.Results:The NF-κB and PTX3 levels of the two groups of hypertension patients increased obviously compared with those of the control group. The PTX3 of hypertension Grade II showed higher levels than that of hypertension Grade I. The PTX3 levels showed obvious reduction followed the decreased levels of the NF-κB, after the pyrrolidinedithiocarbamic acid (PDTC)were added into the Peripheral blood mononuclear cell of patients.Conclusion:The upregulation of PTX3 expression mediated by NF-κB might be involved in the development of hypertension.
