| 目的：探讨脊柱压缩骨折患者的椎体成形术应用方法与效果。方法：脊柱压缩骨折患者150 例根据随机抽签法分为治疗组与
对照组各75 例，对照组给予传统开放性手术，治疗组给予椎体成形术。通过比较两组手术时间，术中出血量，术后住院时间，术后
疼痛评分，术后局部Cobb 角的差异评价治疗效果，其中，疼痛评分采用VAS 量表，局部Cobb 角通过脊椎侧围X 片测定。结果：
所有患者都顺利完成手术，无严重并发症发生，治疗组的术中出血量与术后住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前疼痛评
分对比差异无统计学意义，术后疼痛评分都呈现明显下降的趋势(P<0.05)，同时术后治疗组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。
两组术前局部Cobb 角对比差异无统计学意义，术后局部Cobb 角都明显下降(P<0.05)，同时术后治疗组的局部Cobb 角都明显低
于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：脊柱压缩骨折患者的椎体成形术应用能有效缓解疼痛程度，改善椎体前中部高度脊柱后凸情况，对于患
者的创伤比较少，有很好的推广应用价值。 |

| Objective:To investigate the curative effects of vertebroplasty for the treatment of vertebral compression fractures
patients.Methods:150 cases of spinal compression fractures were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control
group received traditional open surgery, and the treatment group received vertebroplasty. The operation time, bleeding volume,
hospitalization time, pain scores and local Cobb angle was compared between two groups. Pain scores were evaluated by VAS scale and
local Cobb angle was measured according to the X-ray of spine side.Results:All patients were successfully operated without serious
complications. The blood loss and postoperative hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group
(P <0.05). The preoperative pain scores were showed no significant difference in the two groups, and the postoperative pain scores were
significantly declined (P <0.05), while postoperative pain scores in treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group
(P <0.05). The preoperative local Cobb angle were no significantly different in the two groups, and the postoperative local Cobb angle
were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and it was significantly lower in treatment group than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The vertebroplasty in treatment of vertebral compression fractures patients can effectively relieve pain, improve vertebral
kyphosis situation with less trauma, has a very good application value. |
