| 目的：比较结核性脑膜炎与化脓性脑膜炎脑脊液与血浆生化指标比值。方法：选择2010 年2 月～2014 年12 月我院结核性
脑膜炎患者82 例，化脓性脑膜炎98 例，检测脑脊液与血浆中的蛋白、糖及氯化物含量，并计算比值。结果：两组患者脑脊液蛋白、
糖含量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，化脓性脑膜炎组的氯化物含量高于结核性脑膜炎组(P<0.05)；两组血浆糖含量的差异无统
计学意义(P>0.05)，化脓性脑膜炎组蛋白和氯化物含量明显高于结核性脑膜炎组(P<0.05)；化脓性脑膜炎组蛋白比值低于结核性
脑膜炎组，氯化物比值则高于化脓性脑膜炎组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组间糖比值比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结
论：脑脊液与血浆生化指标比值对鉴别诊断结核性脑膜炎与化脓性脑膜炎有重要意义。 |

| Objective:To compare of the ratio of cerebrospinal fluid to plasma biochemical parameters between tuberculous
meningitis and purulent meningitis.Methods:82 cases of patients with tuberculous meningitis and 98 cases of patients with purulent
meningitis treated from February 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object, the contents of protein,
glucose and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma were detected, then the ratio of cerebrospinal fluid to plasma biochemical
parameters were calculated.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of protein and glucose between the two groups of
patients (P>0.05), the content of chloride in purulent meningitis group was significantly higher than that in tuberculous meningitis group
(P<0.05); no significant difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05), the protein and chloride content of purulent meningitis
group were significantly higher than those of the tuberculous meningitis group (P<0.05); the ratio of the purulent meningitis group was
higher than that the tuberculous meningitis group (P<0.05), no significant difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ratio of serum biochemical parameters of cerebrospinal fluid and plasma was important for the differential diagnosis of
tuberculous meningitis and purulent meningitis. |
