| 目的：分析溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative colitis, UC）患者血清降钙素原（Procalcitonin，PCT）、C 反应蛋白（C-reactive protein，
CRP）及白细胞介素-6（Interleukin- 6，IL-6）水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法：选择2013 年5 月-2015年5 月在我院就诊的溃疡
性结肠炎患者91 例作为研究对象，另选择同期在我院接受健康体检的志愿者69 例作为对照组。检测并比较两组研究对象血清
降钙素原（PCT）、C反应性蛋白（CRP）及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的水平，并分析PCT，CRP及IL-6 水平与溃疡性结肠炎的相关性。结
果：溃疡性结肠炎患者PCT 水平为（1.24± 0.23）ng/mL，对照组PCT 水平为（0.12± 0.10）ng/mL，溃疡性结肠炎患者PCT 水平显著
高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；溃疡性结肠炎患者CRP 水平为（105.27± 19.93）mg/mL，对照组CRP 水平为（7.62±
2.97）mg/mL，溃疡性结肠炎患者血清CRP 水平显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；溃疡性结肠炎患者IL-6 水平为
（248.15± 35.60）ng/mL，对照组IL-6 水平为（144.05± 20.26）ng/mL，溃疡性结肠炎患者血清IL-6 水平显著高于对照组，差异具有
统计学意义（P<0.05）。溃疡性结肠炎患者血清PCT，IL-6 及CRP水平之间均呈正相关关系（r=0.301，0.468，0.413，P<0.01）。结论：
溃疡性结肠炎患者血清PCT，CRP 及IL-6 水平均显著高于健康人群，其水平变化与患者病情严重程度有关。因此，我们在临床实
践中应予以重视。 |

| Objective:To analyze the significance and correlation of serumlevels of PCT, CRP and IL-6 in patients with ulcerative
colitis.Methods:91 cases with ulcerative colitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the
research objects, and another 69 volunteers who had taken the healthy examination were selected as the control group. Then the serum
levels of procalcitonin (PCT), C reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) of patients were detected and compared between the two
groups, and the correlation of CRP, PCT and IL-6 levels with the ulcerative colitis was analyzed.Results:The serumlevels of PCT in the
patients with ulcerative colitis was (1.24 ± 0.23) ng/mL, which was higher than (0.12 ± 0.10) ng/mL in the control group, and the
difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The serum levels of CRP in the patients with ulcerative colitis was (105.27± 19.93)
mg/mL, which was higher than (7.62± 2.97) mg/mL in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The
serumlevels of IL-6 in the patients with ulcerative colitis was (248.15± 35.60) ng/mL, which was higher than (144.05± 20.26) ng/mL in
the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was positive correlation between the levels of PCT, CRP
and IL-6 and the development of disease (r=0.301, 0.468, 0.413, P<0.01).Conclusion:The levels of serumPCT, CRP and IL-6 in patients
with ulcerative colitis were significantly higher than those in healthy people, and the levels of the above indicators were correlated with
the severity of the disease. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the clinical practice. |
