      目的:探讨非布司他对痛风合并高尿酸血症患者血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)及尿酸水平的影响。方 法:收集在我院就诊或住院治疗的80 例痛风合并高尿酸血症患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40 例。对照组患者给予别嘌 呤醇片治疗;实验组患者给予非布司他片治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血尿酸、sICAM-1、ET-1 水平及临床疗效。结果:与 治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的血尿酸、sICAM-1、ET-1 水平均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的血尿酸、sICAM-1、 ET-1 水平较低(P<0.05),临床治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:非布司他能够降低痛风合并高尿酸血症的sICAM-1、ET-1 及尿酸 水平,且临床疗效较好。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To evaluate the effect of febuxostat on gout and hyperuricemia, uric acid and Endothelin -1(ET-1) and intercellular adhesion molecule -1 (ICAM-1).Methods:Collected in our hospital or hospital treatment of 80 cases of gout and hyperuricemia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with 0.1 g/ times, 3 times /d, oral; the experimental group were given times 80mg/ times, 1 times /d, oral administration. Treatment for 8 consecutive weeks. After the end of the treatment, the blood uric acid, sICAM-1, ET-1 and the patients' curative effect were detected and compared.Results:Compared with that before treatment and after treatment of two groups of patients with blood uric acid, sICAM-1 and ET-1 levels lower (P<0.05); compared with the control group, blood uric acid, sICAM-1 and ET-1 levels of the patients in the experimental group were lower (P<0.05), clinical treatment and the total effective rate was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Febuxostat can reduce gout and hyperuricemia, uric acid and sICAM-1 ET-1, clinical curative effect is good, has the guiding sense to the clinical.
