| 目的：探讨直肠癌术后放疗患者膀胱平均受量及直肠受量对放射性膀胱炎及放射性肠炎的影响。方法：收集我院2005 年7
月至2010 年12 月收治的直肠癌根治术后给予放疗的患者130 例，收集临床因素、病理因素、放疗因素资料，统计放疗后6个月
内放射性肠炎、放射性膀胱炎发生情况。结果：放疗因素中，膀胱壁平均照射剂量对放射性肠炎及膀胱炎的发生有显著影响（P＜
0.05），即膀胱壁剂量越高，副反应发生率越大；当膀胱壁平均剂量达到49.12 Gy时，放射性膀胱炎的发生率显著升高。小肠平均剂
量控制在50 Gy以下，其值与放射性肠炎的发生无相关性。结论：直肠癌术后放疗患者膀胱壁平均受量控制在49.12 Gy以下，对
减少放射性膀胱炎的发生率有意义。 |

| Objective:To investigate the influence of average bladder and rectum dose on radiation cystitis and radiation enteritis
in patients with rectal cancer after operation.Methods:130 cases of patients with rectal cancer who were given conformal or intensity
modulated radiation therapy after radical resection were collected in our hospital from July 2005 to December 2010. And the clinical factors,
pathological factors and radiotherapy factors were collected, and the occurrence of radiation enteritis and cystitis in 6 months after
radiotherapy was statistically analyzed.Results:For the radiotherapy factors, the average radiation dose of bladder wall had a significant
impact on the occurrence of the radiation enteritis and radiocystitis (P<0.05), that the dose of the bladder wall was higher, the incidence
of side effects was more, when the mean dose to the bladder wall reached 49.12 Gy, the occurrence of radiocystitis was increased significantly.
The average dose of small intestine was controlled below 50 Gy, and its value was not correlated with the occurrence of radiationenteritis.Conclusion:When the average radiation dose of bladder wall is under 49.12 Gy, it can significantly reduce the incidence of
radiation cystitis for postoperative radiotherapy of patients with rectal cancer. |
