      目的:探讨不同糖耐量人群血清BED锌指蛋白3(ZBED3)表达水平及其与代谢相关指标的关系。方法:选取2012 年1 月到 2014 年3 月在我院就医的115 例2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者、97 例糖耐量异常(IGT)患者及糖耐量正常(NGT 的109 名健康体检或 志愿者,测定其血清中ZBED3 的水平,并分析其与相关的代谢指标的关系。结果:女性群体血清ZBED3 水平显著高于男性群体 (121.3± 33.5 pg/mLvs 113.9± 32.9 pg/mL,P =0.02);超重组血清ZBED3水平显著高于非超重组(132.5± 31.4 pg/mL vs 111.4± 30.2 pg/mL,P =0.00);T2DM 组血清ZBED3 水平显著高于IGT 组和NGT 组(143.5± 31.2 pg/mL vs 123.7± 26.4 pg/mL,97.1± 20.3 pg/mL,P =0.00)。血清ZBED3 水平与体重指数、腰围/臀围比值、体脂百分比、舒张压、收缩压、甘油三酯、空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖及 Homa-胰岛素抵抗指数呈正相关(P < 0.01),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇成明显负相关(P<0.01);且腰围/ 臀围比值、体脂百分比、舒张 压、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白及Homa-胰岛素抵抗指数是影响血清ZBED3 水平的独立相关因素。结论:T2DM、IGT 患者及超重群 体血清ZBED3 水平明显上升,且与肥胖和T2DM的发生发展密切相关。

      Objective:To evaluate the serum Zinc finger BED domain-containing protein 3 (ZBED3) levels in patients with different glucose tolerance and disscuss the relationships between ZBED3 and metabolism index.Methods:The subjects were divieded into three groups: type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM, n=115), impaired glucose tolerance (IGT, n=97), and normal glucose tolerance (NGT, n=109). Serum ZBED3 levels were measured by ELISA. Insulin levels were measured by radioimmunoassy, lipids levels were measured by ELISA. The relationships between plasma ZBED3 levels and physical/biochemical indicators, such as blood pressure,waist hip ratio (WHR),blood lipid, blood glucose, plasma insulin levels, body mass index (BMI),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C) and so on were analyzed.Results:SerumZBED3 levels were significantly higher in women than that in men (121.3± 33.5 pg/mL vs 113.9± 32.9 pg/mL, P =0.02). Significantly higher ZBED3 levels were also observed in overweight patients when compared with lean individuals (132.5± 31.4 pg/mL vs 111.4± 30.2 pg/mL, P =0.00). The serum ZBED3 levels were higher in type 2 diabetes group when compared with IGT and NGT groups (143.5± 31.2 pg/mL vs 123.7± 26.4 pg/mL, 97.1± 20.3 pg/ml, P =0.00). In a combined population of all three groups, there was a significant positive correlation between ZBED3 and BMI, WHR, BF%, SBP, DBP, TG, FBG, Fins, HbA1c, and HOMA-IR (P < 0.01), while an inverse relationship of ZBED3 with HDL-C (P < 0.01). Moreover,logistic analysis showed that WHR, BF%, DBP, TG, HbA1c, and HOMA-IR were independently related to serumZBED3 level.Conclusion:The serum ZBED3 levels were significantly increased in T2DM, IGT patients and overweight population, and closely related to the development of obesity and T2DM.
