| 目的：探讨苦参碱对胆囊癌患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7，p-STAT3 及E-Cad 水平的影响。方法：收集我院治疗的60 例胆
囊癌患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30 例，患者均择日行胆囊癌标准根治术，实验组患者者在对照组患者基础上术后给予
苦参碱胶囊治疗。观察并比较两组患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7，p-STAT3 及E-Cad 水平的变化情况，以及5 年中位生存率。结
果：与治疗前相比，治疗后两组患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7，p-STAT3 及E-Cad 水平均下降，差异具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；与
对照组相比，实验组患者治疗后血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7，p-STAT3 及E-Cad 水平较低，差异具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组
患者5 年中位生存月高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：苦参碱能够降低胆囊癌患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7，
p-STAT3 及E-Cad 水平，延长生存时间，对临床具有指导意义。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of Matrine on the levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in serum and gallbladder
tissues of patients with gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:60 cases with gallbladder carcinoma who were treated in our hospital were
selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. All the patients were
optional for gallbladder carcinoma radical operation, while the patients in the experimental group were added the matrine capsules after
the operation. Then the levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues in patients and the five-years’
survival rate were observed and compared.Results:Compared with before treatment, the levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the
serum and gallbladder tissues of patients after the operation in the two groups decreased, and the differences were statistically significant
(P>0.05); Compared with the control group, the levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues of patients
after the operation in the experimental group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P>0.05); The five-years’
survival rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05)..Conclusion:Matrine can decrease the levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues of patients with
gallbladder carcinoma, and prolong the survival time, which could provide a reference for clinical research. |
