| 目的：检测Graves病患者血清氧化应激指标的变化，探讨甲亢与氧化应激的关系。方法：选择本院门诊及住院符合甲亢临床
及实验检查确诊的患者60 例作为Graves 病组(观察组，B 组)及同期健康对照者30 例作为正常对照组(对照组，A组)。其中B组
按照甲状腺激素水平各分为两组：B1 组：正常值＜fT3＜10 pg/mL 30 例；B2 组：fT3＞30 pg/mL 30 例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测和
比较各组血清甲状腺激素、硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平。结果：与对照组相比，Graves 病甲亢患者体内硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平
增高（(P＜0.01)；正常对照组与B1 组、正常对照组与B2 组、B1 组与B2 组相比较，硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平有差别，即甲状腺激
素水平相对较高者氧化应激程度较高(P＜0.05)；硝化酪氨酸与年龄、fT3、fT4 呈显著正相关，共轭双烯与年龄、fT3、fT4 呈显著正
相关。结论：Graves 病甲亢患者体内氧化应激水平随甲状腺激素水平不同而变化。 |

| Objective:To observe the levels of oxidative stress in the patients with Graves' disease and investigate the relationship
between oxidative stress and Graves' disease.Methods:In this study, 60 cases of patients admitted in the Health Examination Center and
