| 目的：观察小建中颗粒在慢性浅表性胃炎合并消化不良中的应用效果。方法：选取我院收治的慢性浅表性胃炎合并消化不良
患者166 例，采取数字随机法分成观察组（n=83）和对照组（n=83）。对照组采取常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采取小建中
颗粒治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果：观察组与对照组总有效率分别为91.57%、79.52%，观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统
计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：小建中颗粒在慢性浅表性胃炎合并消化不良
中的应用效果显著，可复合奥美拉唑进行治疗，保证安全的基础上提高临床疗效。 |

| Objective:To observe the application effect of Xiaojianzhong granules on chronic superficial gastritis and dyspepsia.Methods:166 cases with chronic superficial gastritis and dyspepsia who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided
into the observation group and the control group, with 83 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the
routine method, while the observation group were treated with the Xiaojianzhong granules. Then the clinical effect was compared
between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.57% which was higher than 79.52% of the
control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant about the incidence of
adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of the granules in treating chronic superficial
gastritis with dyspepsia is obvious, which can be used for the treatment of omeprazole to ensure safety and improve the clinical effect. |
