| 目的：探讨腔内修复术与传统开腹手术在腹主动脉瘤患者治疗中的效果。方法：收集我院就诊或住院治疗的40 例腹主动脉
瘤患者，根据手术方式不同，将所选研究对象分为OR 组和EVAR组，每组20 例。OR组患者行传统开腹手术，EVAR 组患者行腔
内修复术。观察并比较两组患者术中出血量、输血量、手术时间、住院天数以及并发症的发生率。结果：与OR 组患者相比，EVAR
组患者手术出血量、输血量较少，手术时间、住院天数、ICU 住院天数较短，患者围手术期的并发症发生率较低，但患者的远期并发
症发生率较高（P<0.05）。结论：腔内修复术与传统开腹手术相比，在手术的出血量以及患者的恢复时间等方面具有较为明显的优
点，但远期的并发症发生率较高，对临床有指导意义。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effect of endovascular repair surgery and traditional open surgery on the treatment of
abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods:40 cases with abdominal aortic aneurysm who were treated in our hospital were selected and
randomly divided into the OR group and the EVAR group, with 20 cases in each group. The patients in the OR group were treated with
conventional open surgery, while the patients in the EVAR group were treated with endovascular repair surgery. Then the blood loss,
blood transfusion, operation time, hospitalization and incidence of complications in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the OR group, the blood loss and blood transfusion were lower, the operation time and hospitalization were shorter, and
the incidence of short-term complications was lower in the EVAR group, while the incidence of long-term complications was higher
(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery, the endovascular repair surgery has better clinical effects with less blood
loss and shorter operation time, which is worthy of clinical application. |
