诊断和治疗方式仍在争论和探索中。本文将对该病的诊断和治疗的选择进行总结。 |

| Lumbar spondylolysis and lumbar spondylolisthesis are common causes of low back pain in clinical, more and more
patients are suffering from their distress. With the continuous development of the disease and the development of medical technology,
due to the specificity and sensitivity of clinical manifestations of this disease is low, it mainly depends on the imaging diagnosis such as
X-ray, CT. MRI and SPECT. The treatment include conservative treatment and surgical treatment (including spondylolysis repair and
lumbar fusion, etc). The imaging diagnosis and treatment has not yet reached a common understanding, diagnosis and treatment is still in
the debate and exploration. This article will summarize the choices of diagnosis and treatment of the disease. |
