| 目的：探讨康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收取2013 年6 月至2015
年8 月间我院收治的糖尿病黄斑水肿患者87 例（87 眼）作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组，观察组43
例（43 眼）给予康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合激光光凝治疗，对照组44 例（44 眼）给予单纯激光光凝治疗。对两组患者治疗前后视
力（best corrected visual acuilty, BCVA）、视网膜厚度（central macular thickness, CMT）、临床疗效、并发症以及生活质量进行观察与
比较。结果：治疗前两组患者BCVA、CMT 均无显著差异，治疗后两组BCVA、CMT 均有所提高，同时间点观察组明显高于对照
组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后6 个月视力提高率为81.40 %，对照组为13.64 %，观察组远高于对照组，差异有统
计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者共有3 例出现一过性眼压升高，对照组共有2 例患者出现一过性眼压增高，两组相较无统计学差
异（P>0.05）。观察组生活质量显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合激光光凝治疗糖尿
病黄斑水肿具有良好的疗效及安全性，有利于患者生活质量提高，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with macular laser
gird photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema.Methods:87 patients (87 eyes) with diabetic macular edema accepted in our hospital
from June 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 43 patients (43 eyes) in observation
group were given conbercept intravitreal injection combined macular laser gird photocoagulation, and 44 patients (44 eyes) in control
group were given macular laser gird photocoagulation. Then best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), central macular thickness (CMT), clinical
effect, complications and life quality of two groups were observed and compared.Results:The BCVA and CMT of two groups had
no statistically difference before treatment,and both of them were increased after treatment, and it was higher observation group than that
of control group with statistically significance (P<0.05). The visual acuity improve rate of observation group was 81.40 %, which was
higher than 13.64 %of control group with statistically significance (P<0.05). There were 3 cases with temporary high IOP in observation
group and 2 cases in control group, which had no statistically significance between two groups (P>0.05). The life quality of observation
group was higher than that of control group with statistically difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravitreal injection of conbercept combined
with macular laser gird photocoagulation has good effect and safety in the treatment of diabetic macular edema, which can improve
life quality and worth of clinical application. |
