| 目的：研究SSBP1 在乙肝相关性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC)组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系，
为肝癌的诊断和预后判断提供参考依据。方法：收集血清乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBVsAg)阳性的HCC 患者组织标本216 例，采用免
疫组化和Western blot检测癌及癌旁组织中SSBP1的表达水平，并进行统计分析。结果：SSBP1 蛋白在癌组织中的表达水平明显
高于癌旁组织(P＜0.05)。SSBP1 表达水平与肿瘤数量、肿瘤大小、门静脉癌栓和肿瘤分级具有显著的相关性(P＜0.05)。SSBP1 低表
达患者术后总生存期及无复发生存期明显优于SSBP1 高表达的患者(P＜0.05)。结论：SSBP1 在HCC的发生发展过程中发挥重要
作用，特对患者的预后判断具有一定的参考价值。 |

| Objective:To study the expression of SSBP1 in HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma and analyze the its correlation
with the clinicopathological characteristics of HCC, and provide new theoretical basis for the prognostic evaluation of HCC.Methods:The primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue samples from 216 cases of patients whose serum hepatitis B virus surface antigen was positive
were collected. The expression level of SSBP1 protein in cancer and pericancer tissues were detected using immunohistochemistry
and western blot.Results:The expression of SSBP1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than that in pericancer
tissues (P<0.05). The expression level of SSBP1 was significantly correlated with the number of tumors, tumor size, portal vein tumor
thrombus and tumor grade(P＜0.05). Survival analysis showed that patients with low expression of SSBP1 had significantly better overall
survival and relapse-free survival than patients with high expression of SSBP1(P＜0.05).Conclusion:SSBP1 played an important role in
the occurrence and development of HCC and also it had a certain value for the prognostic evaluation of HCC. |
