      目的:探究伊立替康联合卡铂辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者血清叶酸、CA125 及临床疗效的影响。方法:选择我院收治的宫颈癌患 者41 例,随机分成实验组和对照组。对照组19 例予广泛全子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术;实验组22 例在行全子宫切除及盆腔 淋巴结清扫术前予卡铂和伊立替康治疗。对比两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后患者血清叶酸及CA125 水平的变化。结果:实验组患 者的有效率(81.8%)高于对照组(47.4%),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清CA125 水平均降低、叶酸水平均 升高(P<0.05),其差异有统计学意义;与对照组相比,实验组叶酸水平较高、血清CA125水平较低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结 论:伊立替康联合卡铂辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者有较好的临床疗效,推测其机制可能与降低患者CA125 水平及提高叶酸水平有关。

      Objective:To investigate the effect of irinotecan plus carboplatin chemotherapy on the serum folic acid ,CA125 and clinical curative effect of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:41 cases of cervical cancer patients from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. 19 cases in the control group were treated by extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. 22 cases in the experiment group were treated by carboplatin and irinotecan. The clinical curative effect, serum folic acid and CA125 levels were detected and compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate of experimental group (81.8%) was higher than that of the control group (47.4%)(P<0.05). Compared with before treated, the serumCA125 level was lower and the serumfolic acid was higher in both groups after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum folic acid was higher and the serumCA125 was lower in the experiment group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Irinotecan combined with carboplatin chemotherapy had good clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical cancer, which might be related to the decrease of serum CA125 level and increase of serumfolic acid level.
