| 目的：观察胰岛素联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效，并探讨其可能机制。方法：收集在我院就诊或住院治
疗的62 例糖尿名肾病患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组31 例。对照组患者给予诺和灵30R胰岛素，实验组患者在对照组基
础上给予百令胶囊治疗。治疗后，对患者的血肌酐、尿蛋白、CD68 以及临床疗效进行检测并比较。结果：与治疗前相比，两组患者
治疗后的血肌酐、尿蛋白、CD68均下降(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，实验组患者的血肌酐、尿蛋白、CD68 水平较低(P<0.05)，临床治疗
有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论：胰岛素联合百令胶囊能够有效提高早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效，可能与其降低血清CD68 水平，
减轻炎症反应有关。 |

| Objective:To observe the effect of insulin combined with bailing capsule on patients with early diabetic nephropathy
and investigate its possible mechanisms.Methods:62 cases of diabetes nephropathy patients fromour hospital were selected and randomly
divided into experimental group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Novolin
30R insulin, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Bailing Capsule besides the control group. Then the serum
levels of creatinine and urine protein, and CD68 and clinical effects in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the
treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment, the serum creatinine, urine protein and CD68 decreased in the two groups after treatment
(P<0.05); compared with the control group, the serum creatinine, urine protein and CD68 level were lower in the experimental
group, and the clinical effective rate was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin combined with Bailing capsule could reduce the blood of
early diabetic nephropathy patients with serum creatinine, urine protein and CD68 level, clinical curative effect is good, which has the
guiding sense to the clinical. |
