      目的:研究鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2(RhoGDI2)在结直肠癌(CRC)组织中的表达及其与临床侵袭转移的关系。方法:收 集本院于2015 年1 月至2015 年12 月收治的80 例CRC 患者手术切除的原发灶组织和正常癌旁组织。采用免疫组化法检测各 组织标本中RhoGDI2 的表达情况,并分析其表达量与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:(1)RhoGDI2 主要表达于CRC癌细胞胞浆 中,在肿瘤原发灶和正常癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为26.25%和0.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)肿瘤原发灶中 RhoGDI2 的阳性表达率与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、大小、数量、组织学分级、原发灶分期、血管浸润、神经浸润间均不存在相 关关系(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移及远端转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:RhoGDI2 在CRC肿瘤原发灶中呈阳性表达,且其高表达可促 进CRC的侵袭转移,可作为CRC 治疗的作用靶点。

      Objective:To study the expression of Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor 2(RhoGDI2)in colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues and its relationship with clinical invasion and metastasis.Methods:Collected the primary tumor tissues and normal tumor adjacent tissues of 80 cases of CRC patients with surgical resection in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect RhoGDI2 expression of all tissues, then analyzed the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological features.Results:(1)RhoGDI2 were expressed in CRC cell cytoplasm, and the positive rates in primary tumor tissues and normal tumor adjacent tissues were respectively 26.25%and 0.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); (2)The positive expression rate of RhoGDI2 in primary tumor tissues had no relationship with gender, age, tumor location, size, number, histological grading, primary tumor stage, vascular invasion and neural invasion (P>0.05), but it was associated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of RhoGDI2 in CRC primary tumors is positive, and its high expression could promote the invasion and metastasis of CRC, which could be used as a target in treatment of CRC.
