| 目的：探讨心电图ST-T 的动态改变对临床诊断冠心病的实用价值。方法：选取2013 年10 月~2015 年10 月在我院诊断治
疗的有ST-T 段改变的患者，观察并记录所有患者的心电图状态，并重点监测ST-T 改变的动态情况，并回归性分析及对比检测结
果。结果：心电图ST-T 改变有动态变化率的冠心病确诊率为67.9%，明显高于无动态变化组32.3%的确诊率。两组确诊率具有统
计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心电图有动态改变的ST-T 段改变能提高患者冠心病的临床确诊率，值得进一步推广应用。 |

| Objective:Study the dynamical change circuitry ST - T the value of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Selection in October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of patients with ST-t segment changes, observe
and record all patients electrocardiogram (ecg) state, and focus on monitoring the dynamic situation of ST-t change. Regression
analysis and comparison test results.Results:Ecg ST -t change with the variation of the dynamic, coronary heart disease diagnosis rate
was 67.9%, significantly higher than the group without dynamic change the positive rate of 32.3%. Two groups of diagnosis rate was statistically
significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrocardiogram (ecg) with the dynamic change of ST - T segment changes can improve the
clinical diagnosis rate of patients with coronary heart disease, is worth further popularization and application. |
