      摘要 目的:探讨DC-CIK细胞输注对急性白血病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α及血清微量蛋白水平影响研究及临床疗效。方法:选取前来我院就诊的已确诊的处于CR期的急性白血病患者68例,按照随机分配法分为对照组和治疗组,每组34例。对照组采用DA化疗方案进行巩固治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予DC-CIK细胞输注治疗。观察记录治疗前后两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF、IL-12、LDH、IFN-γ水平的变化,对两组患者临床疗效及5年后生存率情况进行系统比较。结果:治疗组在总有效率及5年生存率方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF、LDH水平均降低,血清IL-12、IFN-γ水平升高(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF、LDH水平低于对照组,血清IL-12、IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:DC-CIK细胞输注疗法的运用能有效提高急性白血病患者治疗疗效,推测其机制与血清IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF、LDH水平的降低,及血清IL-12、IFN-γ水平的升高有关。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effects of DC-CIK cells infusion on the levels of serum IL-6, TNF-α and serum trace pro- tein in patients with acute leukemia and clinical efficacy. Methods: 68 cases with acute leukemia in CR who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with DA chemotherapy regimen to consolidate treatment; and the patients in the experiment group were treated with DC-CIK cells infusion treatment on the base of the control group. The serum IL-6, TNF-α, VEGF, IL-12, LDH, IFN-γ levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy and 5 years survival rate was detected and compared between two groups. Results: The total effective rate and the 5-year survival rate of the experiment group were better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-6, TNF-α, VEGF and LDH levels of the two groups were decreased, and the serum IL-12, IFN -γ levels were increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-6,TNF-α, VEGF and LDH levels of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group, and the serum IL-12 and IFN -γ levels were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: DC-CIK cells infusion in the treatment of patients with acute leukemia can effectively improve the success rate of the treatment, and the mechanism might be related with reduction of the serum IL-6, TNF-α, VEGF and LDH levels, and increase of the serum IL-12 and IFN -γ levels.
