      目的:分析新疆维吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌组织中Smad7 和Ki-67 表达及相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测宫颈炎组织88 例(汉族42 例,维吾尔族46 例)以及宫颈鳞癌组织120 例(汉族50 例,维吾尔族70 例)中Smad7、Ki-67 蛋白的表达。结果: Smad7、Ki-67 蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达率(78.3%、76.7%)均分别显著高于宫颈炎组织(15.9%、23.9%),差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);维吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌中Smad7 的阳性表达率(87.1%)显著高于汉族(66%)(P<0.05)。维吾尔族宫颈鳞癌患者中 Smad7、Ki-67 的阳性表达率呈显著正相关性(x2=1.93,r=0.138,P<0.05)。结论:宫颈鳞癌组织中Smad7、Ki-67 蛋白的阳性表达率显 著高于宫颈炎组织,宫颈鳞癌中Smad7蛋白的表达存在民族差异,Smad7、Ki-67 等多种蛋白的联合检测可能会间接提高新疆维 吾尔族妇女宫颈鳞癌诊断的准确度和精确度。

      Objective:To analyze the correlation and expression of Smad7 gene and Ki-67 gene in cervical squamous cell carcinoma of Xinjiang Uygur women.Methods:SP method was used to detect the expression of Smad7 and Ki-67 protein in 88 cases of cervicitis tissues (42 cases fromthe Han nationality, 46 cases fromthe Uygur) and 120 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (50 cases from the Han nationality, 70 cases from the Uygur).Results:The rate of positive expression of Smad7 and Ki-67 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (respectively 78.3%and 76.7%) was significantly higher than in cervicitis tissues (respectively 15.9%and 23.9%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Moreover, the rate of positive expression of Smad7 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher in Uighur women (87.1%) than in Han nationality (66%) (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of Smad7 and Ki-67 were positively correlated in Uygur patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma (x2=1.93, r=0.138, P<0.05).Conclusion:In cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue, positive expression rate of Smad7 and Ki-67 was significantly higher than that of cervicitis tissues. The expression of Smad7 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma showed differences in different nationalities. Combined detection of Smad7 and Ki-67 proteins may indirectly improve the accuracy and precision in diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma for Xinjiang Uygur women.
