| 摘要 目的：研究丹鳖胶囊联合米非司酮用于子宫肌瘤的疗效评价及对其血清Bcl-2、Bax、FSH、E2水平的影响。方法：选择2013年2月至2016年10月在我院接受治疗的子宫肌瘤患者110例，按照治疗方法将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予米非司酮治疗，观察在此基础上联合丹鳖胶囊治疗。两组均治疗3个月后，评价和比较其临床疗效，治疗前后两组患者血清Bcl-2、Bax变化，子宫肿瘤组织中Bcl-2与Bax表达，及治疗前后子宫体积与子宫肌瘤体积变化，同时观察治疗后的不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；与治疗前相比，两组患者血清FSH、E2水平均显著降低(P<0.05)，子宫肌瘤组织中Bcl-2表达明显减弱，子宫肌瘤组织中Bax表达明显增强(P<0.05)；子宫体积与子宫肌瘤体积均与治疗前比明显缩小(P<0.05)；且与对照组相比，观察组患者血清Bcl-2、FSH、E2水平均较低，血清Bax水平较高，子宫体积与子宫肌瘤体积均较小(P<0.05)；且治疗后两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：使用丹鳖胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤可促进子宫肌瘤细胞凋亡，显著降低患者血清FSH、E2水平，可缩小子宫肌瘤体积，从而显著提高其临床疗效，且安全性较高。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To study the Curative efficacy of Danbie capsules Combined with Mifepristone in treatment of uterine fi- broids and its effects on serum Bcl-2, Bax, FSH, E2 levels. Methods: 110 patients with uterine fibroids who received therapy from Febru- ary 2013 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects, according to the treatment will be divided into the observation group and control group, control group given mifepristone treatment, observation based on joint turtle Dan capsule treatment.3 months af- ter treatment, evaluation and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment serum Bcl - 2, Bax changes, the Bcl - 2 and Bax expression in uterine tumor tissue, and the volume of uterus and uterine fibroids volume change before and after the treatment, at the same time observe the adverse reaction of before and after the treatment. Results: After treatment, the observa- tion group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); Compared with before treatment, two groups of patients' serum FSH, E2 levels were significantly lower (P<0.05), the Bcl - 2 expression in uterine flesh tumour tissue decreased signifi- cantly, Bax expression in uterine fibroids group obviously increased (P<0.05); Volume of uterus and uterine fibroid volume than before and treatment of significant narrowing (P<0.05); And compared with control group, the observation group of patients serum Bcl-2, FSH, E2 levels are low, Bax serum level is higher, the volume of uterus and uterine fibroids are small volume (P<0.05); And the incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups after treatment compared with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: using turtle Danbie capsule combined mifepristone treatment of uterine fibroids can promote uterine flesh tumour cell apoptosis, significantly reduce the pa- tients' serum FSH, E2 levels, be narrowed hysteromyoma volume, so as to significantly improve the clinical curative effect, and high safety. |
