      摘要 目的:探讨舒血宁注射液联合脑蛋白水解物对缺血性脑血管疾病老年患者临床疗效及血清超氧化物歧化酶(super oxide dis- mutase,SOD)、超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,Hs-CRP)及白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)水平的影响。方法:依据给药不同,将就诊的老年缺血性脑血管疾病患者80例均分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予脑蛋白水解物注射液,治疗结束后,检测和比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血清SOD、Hs-CRP及IL-10水平进的变化。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原、红细胞积压、红细胞聚集指数)、血清Hs-CRP及IL-10水平均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清SOD含量明显增加(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为70.0%,观察组总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁注射液结合脑蛋白水解物能显著提高缺血性脑血管病老年患者的临床疗效,可能与其有效降低患者血清Hs-CRP及IL-10水平,增加血清SOD含量,明显改善患者的血液流变学各指标有关。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of shuxuening injection combined with brain protein hydrolyzate in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and effects on the serum SOD, Hs-CRP and IL-10 levels. Methods: According to different drug treatment, 80 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were collected and divided into experi- mental, control group. Each group were given corresponding drug treatment, on the basis of control group, brain protein hydrolyzate was given to the experimental group. At the end of treatment, the blood rheology, serum SOD, Hs-CRP and IL-10 levels, clinical efficacy awere tested and compared between two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the plasma fibrinogen, red blood cell pres- sure volume, erythrocyte aggregation index in the experimental group were significantly decreased than those of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum Hs-CRP, IL-10 in experimental group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The content of plasma SOD in ex- perimental group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the contral group was 70.0%, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.5% and dominantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shuxuening injection com- bined with brain protein hydrolyzate can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy, improve the blood rheology in the treatmemt of elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, which may be related to reduce the serum Hs-CRP and IL-10 levels, increased the content of plasma SOD.
