| 摘要 目的：探讨香砂六君子丸联合胃复春治疗胃溃疡（GU）的临床疗效及对患者胃肠道功能和炎性因子的影响。方法：选取2016年5月~2018年7月期间广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的GU患者119例，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=59，香砂六君子丸治疗）和研究组（n=60，香砂六君子丸联合胃复春治疗）。比较两组临床疗效、临床指标情况、胃肠道功能、炎性因子水平，记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组治疗后临床总有效率为93.33%（56/60），高于对照组的77.97%（46/59）（P<0.05）。研究组胃痛缓解时间、胃痛持续时间、溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组，胃痛频率低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后血清胃动素、胃泌素水平均降低，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后血清白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均较治疗前降低，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：香砂六君子丸联合胃复春治疗GU安全有效，可缓解临床症状，改善机体胃肠道功能和炎症状态。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill combined with Weifuchun in the treatment of gastric ulcer (GU) and its effect on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors. Methods: 119 patients with GU who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into control group (n=59, Xiangsha Liujunzi pill treatment) and study group (n=60, Xiangsha Liujunzi pill combined with Weifuchun treatment) according to random number table method. The clinical efficacy, remission of clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups, and adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33% (56/60), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.97% (46/59) (P<0.05). The relief time, duration of stomachache and ulcer healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the frequency of stomachache was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum motilin and gastrin in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill combined with Weifuchun in the treatment of GU has definite curative effect. It can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, improve gastrointestinal function and inflammatory state. |
