| 摘要 目的：研究解毒祛疣汤联合干扰素局部封闭对多发性跖疣患者血清γ-干扰素(Interferon-γ，IFN-γ)和转化生长因子-β (Transforming growth factor - β，TGF-β)水平的影响。方法：选择2016年1月～2019年12月于我院诊治的81例多发性跖疣患者，将其随机分为两组。对照组采用干扰素局部封闭治疗，观察组采用解毒祛疣汤联合干扰素局部封闭治疗。检测两组的血清IFN-γ、TGF-β水平和Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群值，且记录多发性跖疣患者疲劳、发热、恶心、头痛和白细胞减少等不良反应情况。结果：观察组多发性跖疣患者的有效率95.00 %，明显高于对照组(70.32 %，P<0.05)；治疗后，两组多发性跖疣患者的血清IFN-γ水平明显升高(P<0.05)，血清TGF-β水平明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组的血清IFN-γ和TGF-β水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，两组多发性跖疣患者的CD3+、CD4+以及CD4+/CD+水平均明显升高（P<0.05），CD8+水平显著降低（P<0.05），且观察组变化更显著（P<0.05）；两组多发性跖疣患者的疲劳、发热、恶心、头痛和白细胞减少发生率无明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论：解毒祛疣汤联合干扰素局部封闭能明显降低多发性跖疣患者血清IFN-γ和TGF-β水平，提高疗效，改善免疫功能，值得进行推广。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiedu Quyou decoction combined with interferon local blocking on serum levels of interferon - γ (IFN-γ) and transforming growth factor - β (TGF-β) in patients with multiple plantar warts. Methods: Selected 81 cases of patients with multiple plantar warts who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with interferon local blocking therapy, and the observation group was treated with Jiedu Quyou decoction combined with interferon local blocking therapy. The levels of serum IFN-γ, TGF-β and T lymphocyte subsets were detected in the two groups, and the adverse reactions such as fatigue, fever, nausea, headache and leucopenia were recorded. Results: The effective rate of the observation group (95.00 %) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.32 %, P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IFN-γ and TGF-β in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the levels of serum IFN-γ and TGF-β in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, The CD3+、CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels of the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), the CD8+ level was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the changes in the observation group were more significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of fatigue, fever, nausea, headache and leucopenia between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Jiedu Quyou decoction combined with interferon local blocking can significantly reduce serum IFN-γ and TGF-β levels in patients with multiple plantar warts, improve the curative effect and immune function, which is worthy of promotion. |
