      摘要 目的:探究前列腺素E2、热休克蛋白90α(HSP90α)、C-myc基因(C-myc)在肝细胞癌患者血清中的表达水平及意义。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年6月在我院接受治疗肝细胞癌的患者50例,作为肝细胞癌组,另选同时段健康人群50例,作为本研究对照组。抽取两组研究对象清晨空腹静脉血5 mL并进行离心处理,使用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测前列腺素E2水平,免疫透射比浊法检测HSP90α水平,Western blot法检测C-myc相对表达量,并对前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc在肝细胞癌患者血清中相关性进行研究。结果:对照组研究对象血清中前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc的相对表达量低于肝细胞癌组研究对象(P<0.05);肿瘤体积<5 cm3的患者前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc的相对表达量低于肿瘤体积≥5 cm3患者;有淋巴结转移情况的患者前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc的相对表达量高于无淋巴结转移情况的患者;浸及浆膜的患者前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc的相对表达量高于未浸及浆膜的患者;低分化的患者前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc的相对表达量高于中、高分化的患者;Ⅰ+Ⅱ期的患者前列腺素E2水平低于Ⅲ+Ⅳ期的患者(P<0.05)。前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc三者在肝细胞癌患者血清中表达呈正相关。结论:前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc在肝细胞癌中表达异常,而且三者之间具有一定的相关性,对前列腺素E2、HSP90α、C-myc在肝细胞癌中相对表达量进行检测分析,对了解患者的病情具有一定的指导参考意义。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the expression levels and significance of prostaglandin E2, heat shock protein 90 (HSP90α) and C-myc gene (C-myc) in serum of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Methods: From December 2017 to June 2019, 50 patients who received treatment of HCC in our hospital were selected as the HCC group, and another 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group of this study. Five ml of fasting venous blood was collected from the two groups in the morning and centrifuged. The level of prostaglandin E2 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Hsp90 α by immunoturbidimetry, and the relative expression of c-myc by Western blot. Results: The relative expression levels of prostaglandin E2, HSP90α serum and C-myc in the control group were lower than those in the hepatocellular carcinoma group(P<0.05). The relative expressions of prostaglandin E2, HSP90α and C-myc in patients with tumor volume <5 cm3 were lower than those with tumor volume ≥5 cm3. The relative expression levels of prostaglandin E2, HSP90α and C-myc in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis. The relative expression levels of prostaglandin E2, HSP90α and C-myc in patients immersed in serosa were higher than those not immersed in serosa. The relative expression levels of prostaglandin E2, HSP90α and C-myc in patients with low differentiation were higher than those in patients with medium and high differentiation. Ⅰ+ Ⅱ period of prostaglandin E2 level in patients than Ⅲ + Ⅳ period patients (P<0.05). Prostaglandin E2, HSP90α and C-myc were positively correlated in serum of HCC patients. Conclusion: The expression of prostaglandin E2, HSP90α, and C-myc is abnormal in hepatocellular carcinoma, and there is a certain correlation among the three. The relative expression levels of prostaglandin E2, HSP90α, and C-myc in hepatocellular carcinoma were detected and analyzed, which is helpful to understand the patients' condition.
