      目的:探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药治疗中度膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:收集2010 年5 月至2013 年9 月我院中度膝关节骨关节炎患者214 例,随机分为实验组和对照组各107 例,对照组单独给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,实验组给予 盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药治疗,于用药后2、4、8、12 周对比两组Lequesne 评分、治疗效果和不良反应。结果:两组治疗前 Lequesne 评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组用药后2、4、8、12 周Lequesne 评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05),且两组Lequesne 评分均于用药后2、4 周达到最低;用药12 周后,两组有效率均有所下降,实验组用药后2、4、8、12 周 有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组有效率均于用药后2、4 周达到最高;实验组不良反应发生率为6.54% (7/107),显著高于对照组的3.74%(4/107),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合非甾体抗炎药治疗中度膝关 节骨关节炎短期疗效较好,长期服用副作用大,临床应推荐2-4 周内短期服用。

      Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug in the treatment of patients with moderate knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 214 patients with moderate knee osteoarthritis, who were treated in Panzhihua Central Hospital of Sichuan Province from May 2010 to September 2013, were randomly divided into experiment group (107 cases) and control group (107 cases). The control group was only given glucosamine hydrochloride, while the experiment group was given glucosamine hydrochloride combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. The Lequesne score, treatment effect and adverse reaction 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in Lequesne score between the two groups (P>0.05). But after treatment, Lequesne scores of 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks in the experiment group were all lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and Lequesne scores of the two groups reached the minimum 2, 4 weeks after treatment. The effective rate of the two groups decreased 12 weeks after treatment, but the effective rate of experiment group was higher than that of control group 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the effective rate of the two groups 2, 4 weeks after treatment reached the highest. The adverse reaction rate (6.54%) of experiment group was significantly higher than that (3.74%) of control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Glucosamine hydrochloride combined with non-steroidal anti- inflammatory drug has better short-term efficacy in the treatment of patients with moderate knee osteoarthritis, but it has many side effects in long-termtherapy, so it is suggested that this therapy should be used within 2-4 weeks in clinical treatment.
