| 目的 探讨银屑胶囊联合卤米松乳膏对寻常型银屑病患者免疫功能、皮肤生理屏障功能和血清白细胞介素（IL）-4、IL-10、IL-17、IL-22的影响。方法 选取2020年9月~2023年11月期间徐州医科大学附属医院收治的136例寻常型银屑病患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组（卤米松乳膏治疗，68例）和观察组（对照组基础上联合银屑胶囊治疗，68例）。比较两组疗效、症状缓解时间、免疫功能、银屑病皮损面积严重程度指数（PASI）评分、炎症因子水平、皮肤生理屏障功能，同时观察两组用药安全性。结果 观察组的总有效率较对照组更高（P<0.05）。观察组的瘙痒、皮损、鳞皮屑、红斑丘疹症状缓解时间较对照组更短（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后IL-17、IL-22、PASI评分、经皮水分丢失（TEWL）、CD8+较对照组更低，皮肤油脂、IL-4、IL-10、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较对照组更高（P<0.05）。对照组与观察组不良反应总发生率组间对比无差异（P>0.05）。结论 银屑胶囊联合卤米松乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病患者，可改善患者皮肤生理屏障功能，缓解临床症状，提高免疫功能，调节血清IL-4、IL-10、IL-17、IL-22水平，且安全性好。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of yinxie capsules combine with halometasone cream on immune function, skin physiological barrier function and serum interleukin (IL)-4, IL-10, IL-17 and IL-22 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 136 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from September 2020 to November 2023 were selected, and patients were divided into control group (treated with halometasone cream, 68 cases) and observation group (combined treatment with yinxie capsules on the basis of the control group, 68 cases) according to the random number table method. The efficacy, symptom relief time, immune function, psoriasis area severity index (PASI) score, inflammatory factor level and skin physiological barrier function were compared between two groups, and simultaneously observed the safety of two groups of medication. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The remission time of pruritus, skin lesions, scaly skin, erythema and papules in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05). IL-17, IL-22, PASI score, transcutaneous water loss (TEWL) and CD8+ in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment, while skin grease, IL-4, IL-10, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Yinxie capsules combine with halometasone cream in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, which can improve the skin physiological barrier function, relieve clinical symptoms, improve immune function, regulate serum IL-4, IL-10, IL-17 and IL-22 levels, and has good safety. |
