神经细胞在41℃温浴1h 诱导HSP70 高表达，然后低氧培养，Western-blot 检测细胞HSP70、p53、p-p38 的表达。结果：温浴可以诱
导HSP70 高表达；HSP70 高表达可抑制p53 和p-p38 表达。结论：HSP70 保护低氧诱导的细胞凋亡可能与抑制p53 和p-p38 表达

| Objective: To investigate the effect of the HSP70 over-expression on the p53and p-p38 of the neurocyte in the area of
dentate gyrus（DG）of rat's hippocampus under hypoxia. Methods: Neurocyte in the area of dentate gyrus（DG）of rat's hippocampus was
treated in 41℃ for 1h to induced the over-expression of HSP70.Culturing in hypoxiathe. The level of p53 and p-p38 was detected by
Western-blot. Results: Warm bath could induced the over-expression of HSP70; The overexpression of HSP70 down-regulated p53 and
p-p38. Conclusions: The over-expression of HSP70 inhibited cell apoptosis from hypoxia maybe related to the downregulating of p53 and
of p-p38. |
