| 目的：研究片仔癀对人卵巢癌细胞株OVCAR-3 增殖抑制作用，及其对细胞周期、细胞凋亡的影响。方法：采用MTT法观察
片仔癀对人卵巢癌细胞株OVCAR-3 细胞的增殖抑制率，流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡及细胞周期，western-blot检测相关蛋白的表
达。结果：片仔癀以剂量依赖式抑制人卵巢癌细胞株OVCAR-3 细胞增殖，片仔癀250、500、1000 滋g·mL-1作用于OVCAR-3 细胞
24 h 后，其早期凋亡率分别为6.6%、30.9%、43.2%，而对照组为0%，其诱导凋亡作用呈现剂量依赖性；细胞积聚在G0/G1 期，同时
S 期细胞比例减少；Akt、PARP、CDK6 表达下调。结论：片仔癀可以抑制OVCAR-3 细胞增殖及诱导细胞凋亡作用，并能阻滞细胞
于G0/G1 期，有望成为卵巢癌治疗药。 |

| Objective:To explore the effects of Pien Tze Huang on the proliferation, apoptosis and cycle of human ovarian cancer
cell line OVCAR-3.Methods:To observe the effect of Pien Tze Huang on the OVCAR - 3 cell proliferation inhibition rate by MTT
method, to detect cell apoptosis and cycle by flow cytometry instrument detect the protein expression by western blot.Results:Pien Tze
Huang in a dose dependent type inhibits the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cell line OVCAR-3 cells, Pien Tze Huang 250, 500,
1000 滋g·mL-1 acting on OVCAR-3 cells after 24 h, the early apoptosis rate were 6.6%, 30.9%, 43.2%, and 0%for the control group, the
apoptosis is dose dependent; cell accumulation is in G0/G1 period, and the percentage of cells in S phase is decreased; there is a lower
expression of Akt, PARP, CDK6.Conclusion:Pien Tze Huang can inhibit and induce the apoptosis of OVCAR-3 cell proliferation, and
can block the cell in G0/G1 phase, it is expected to become a drug for the treatment of ovarian cancer. |
