      目的:探讨苦参碱对宫颈癌模型大鼠组织中Survivin、Caspase-3 和Caspase-7 的表达影响。方法:选取Wistar雌性大鼠34 只,宫颈癌造模成功的19 只分成阴性对照组(A 组)和苦参碱组(B 组);未造模的10 只大鼠作为正常对照组(C组)。采用免疫印迹 法检测三组大鼠宫颈癌组织中Survivin、Caspase-3 和Caspase-7表达水平。结果:①A组大鼠组织中Survivin 表达明显高于B、C 组大鼠组织中Survivin 水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②A组大鼠组织中Caspase-3 和Caspase-7 的表达明显低于B、C 组,差 异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③B 组大鼠组织中Survivin、Caspase-3 和Caspase-7 的表达水平与C 组比较存在差异,差异有统计学 意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦参碱能够明显下调宫颈癌大鼠凋亡抑制因子Survivin 水平,改善凋亡因子Caspase-3 和Caspase-7 的表 达。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigate the effect of matrine on the expressions of survivin, caspase-3 and caspase-7 in the cervical cancer tissues of rats.Methods:34 female Wistar rats were selected, in which 19 rats that were successfully established as cervical cancer were randomly divided into the negative control group (group A) and matrine group (group B), 10 normal rats were used as group C. The expressions of survivin, caspase-3 and caspase-7 in the cervical cancer tissues of rats were detected using Western blot.Results:(1)The expression of Survivin in group A was obviously higher than that in groups B andC (P<0.05); (2) The expressions of Caspase-3 and Caspase-7 in group A were both lower than those in groups B andC (P<0.05); (3) Statistically significant differences were found in the expressions of survivin, caspase-3 and caspase-7 between group B and groupC (P<0.05).Conclusion:Matrine could significantly lower the expression of Survivin, and increase the expressions of Caspase-3 and Caspase-7.
