      摘要 目的:探讨磷脂酶Cε1(PLCE1)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在口腔鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测61例口腔鳞癌组织和35例正常口腔黏膜组织中PLCE1和MMP-9的蛋白表达,并分析二者与口腔鳞状细胞癌临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果:PLCE1在口腔鳞癌组织中表达阳性率为68.85 % (42/61),MMP-9在口腔鳞癌组织中表达阳性率为75.40 % (46/61),两者在正常口腔黏膜组织中表达阳性率分别为14.28 % (5/35)、17.14 % (6/35)。PLCE1和MMP-9在正常口腔黏膜组织的阳性表达率均明显低于口腔鳞癌组织(P<0.01)。PLCE1与MMP-9的高度阳性表达和患者的性别、年龄、吸烟及肿瘤大小无明显相关性,但与肿瘤TNM分期以及组织分化程度显著相关。口腔鳞癌组织中PLCE1和MMP-9的高表达呈明显正相关(r=0.438,P<0.01)。结论:PLCE1和MMP-9的过度表达均与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移有密切相关性,并检测二者可能会对口腔鳞癌患者的早期临床诊断及预后判断具有一定的参考价值。

      ABSTRACT Objective: To study the expressions and clinical significances of phospholipase C epsilon-1(PLCE1) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: The expressions of PLCE1 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 61 cases of OSCC patients and 35 cases of controls with normal oral mucosa tissues. The relationship of PLCE1 and MMP-9 expressions with the clinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results: The postive expression rates of PLCE1 and MMP-9 in the OSCC(68.85 %, 75.40 %) were significantly higher than those of the normal oral mucosa tissue (14.28 %, 17.14 %)(P<0.01). The expression of PLCE1 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-9 (r=0.438, P<0.01). The high expressions of PLCE1 and MMP-9 were associated with the differentiation degree and TNM stage of OSCC, but they had no correlation with the gender, age, smoker and tumor size of OSCC patients. Conclusion: The high expressions of PLCE1 and MMP-9 were closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of OSCC. Therefore, combined detection of PLCE1 and MMP-9 might be valuable for the early diagnosis and prognostic prediction of OSCC.
