Objective: To observe the effects of Jixuoside tablets combined with lattice CO2 laser on the psychological state, inflammatory factors, serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and epidermal growth factor (EGF) of patients with scar tissue. Method:A total of 118 patients with scar tissue admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to August 2023 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into observation group ( n=59) and control group (n=59) by random number generated by computer.The control group received treatment with jixuoside tablets, while the observation group received a combination of jixuoside tablets and dot matrix CO2 laser. Compare the clinical efficacy, relevant scale scores, scar condition (width, length, hardness), psychological status, inflammatory factors, VEGF, EGF. Result: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point (P<0.05). After treatment, the width, length, and hardness of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point (P<0.05). Two groups of post-treatment interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF)- α) Decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point; γ- Interferon (TFN)- γ) Elevated, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, VEGF and EGF decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time point (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of jixuoside tablets and dot matrix CO2 laser therapy may improve clinical symptoms and alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with scar tissue by inhibiting the activity of inflammatory factors and regulating serum VEGF and EGF levels.The effect is good. |
